Refund policy

We ensure every item is in good condition at the time of shipping. In the event that the item is damaged or faulty:

1. Please contact Customer Service at online_sales@intellihub.com.sg, cite the reason for return, attach images proof; and

2. Only upon confirmation from our Customer Service, return the item by registered post in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery, including proof of purchase, to the following address:

Any additional shipping, postage costs will be borne by the customer, except for defective items. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund the cost of the item to the same credit card used to make the payment.
